Executive Board Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, March 4, 2025 9:30 AM
Call to Order: 9:33 AM
Secretary’s Report: Stephanie Bollinger
- Minutes from February 2025 meeting sent out last week, 2.25.25
- majority approval
Treasurer’s Report: Sarah Lynch
- Adult Night sales, variety show, etc.
- Sales exempt form for people purchasing things for PTO events
Principals Report: Lorinda Krey & Katie Johnson
- Austin from Sport Court St. Louis: Sport Court: been remeasured, walked the area, updated contract/price
- Takes a week, ideally done over the summer or other break, potentially March 2026 spring break
- Maintenance? not much, small repairs occasionally, will leave some extra tiles for us
- 15 year warranty (he can send info)

- finance company 0% 12mo residential, can look into it for us
- can we lock in on quoted price? good for a year
- get updated price, see where we’re at after adult night and maybe make a decision...reassess after fun run for sure
- Jeanne Flowers donating basketball hoop (Eric’s company)
- reseed around it ($1500)
- no landscaping was in original quote, figured Rockwood would do and won’t
- garden club donor help out? Fairway family with landscaping connection perhaps...
- Teacher Grants: We have $700 to spend
- Books for 3rd Grade $200 (motion to approve, Sarah; seconded)
- Lauren Eickel: seeds and starter greenhouse kits for science lesson (5th grade) $83 yearly (motion to approve, Sarah; seconded)
- let Hanna know these things have come in so she can take pictures, communicate out to parents, etc.
- Jason Sinden: Mark Twain field trip $1000 (without busses) April 7th; pay partially? (FIELD TRIP BUDGET) he will write up a grant
- Conferences Wednesday: thanks again for all of the food, etc. boosts morale—thanks
- need new Teacher Appreciation chair
- MAP Testing rewards/mints: $900 budget
- Brainstorming other thoughts/probably don’t need that much $
President’s Report: Anna King
- Amazing job at the Variety Show! Thank you Alicia, Crystal, Michelle, and all those that helped!
- Thank you notes from teachers for meals
- CITY game! So amazing; thank you, Hayley!
- maybe next year with a better date we can get even more participation

VP of Fundraising Report: Hayley Hopper & Michelle Dockler
- CITY game was amazing!
- Hope to do it again next year, maybe a later (warmer) date.
- Waiting for final numbers, but should make approx $175 from it (for teacher grants!)
- Adult Night: March 28th! - BUY YOUR TICKETS!
- It’s going to be a lot of fun! Food from Russo’s (donated dessert), DJ, auction and games, drinks, beautiful venue, chance to dress up.
- Sponsors and donations are doing great but we need more ticket sales!
- If you have anything you’d like to donate, we will always take more!
- New BIG items needed for live auction (anyone know where we can find a puppy? lol)
- Please buy tickets and encourage friends to buy: This is our big Spring fundraiser
- Ticket sales end 3/21 (during Spring Break) so these next 2 weeks are super important!
- Brainstorm ways to get the info out there???
- Lorinda, Katie, and Jason to hold QR code sign at pick up (Thanks Michelle!)

- bounce houses—2 dry, 2 wet; needs to be paid by Laura; $780 credit
- Kona Ice last year; popsicles this year for a savings
