Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Call to Order: 9:32 AM

Secretary’s Report: Stephanie Bollinger

• Minutes from November 2024 meeting sent out last week, 11.26.24
  • majority approval

Treasurer’s Report: Sarah Lynch

• Everyone doing good getting receipts in
• Things are kind of at a lull

Principal’s Report: Laura Pacino

• Can teachers start submitting grants?
  • for January meeting; limited funding; not guaranteed approval
  • Laminator?
    • $2100 lowest bid, no maintenance

Presidents’ Report: Anna King

• Glow Bingo, Variety Show, Adult Fundraiser
  • protocol for staff pricing, etc. (per event)
    • Glow Bingo: normal price
    • Adult Fundraiser: discounted tickets (perhaps just cover the cost of food/drink)
• Plans for next year...positions, etc.

VP of Events Report: Alicia Burke

• Work load seems skewed between events and fundraising...
  • Combine roles...smaller board and more chairs...

VP of Fundraising Report: Hayley Hopper & Michelle Dockler

• $589 @ Chuck E Cheese for Teacher Grants
  • Do again in the Spring?
• January: Local House Bistro
  • Wed or Thur; not right back from break, or week of Glow Bingo
• STL CITY Group Seats
  • $200 deposit and get pick of date
  • Some on-field experiences if enough tickets sold
  • Fairway Event or Fundraiser ($5 added to ticket price, goes to Fairway)
• Glow BIngo January 31st

  • Brainstorm: new ways to raise funds
    • 50/50 raffle
• Variety Show preview dates needed
• Adult Fundraiser: Friday, March 28th at Brookdale Farms

VP of Community: Jill Grogan

• Snowman Challenge December 9-13
  • fliers in mailboxes today; announcements every morning
  • counting help acquired
  • $1=2 cans; money to Laura in the office; donation on Toolkit and ParentPay online
• Winter Parties December 18th during specials blocks
• Garden fence is in
• Misha stepping down as Teacher Appreciation chair after this year; Leah taking over
